The weather could not have been any better for the finals of the speed & style in Cairns with nothing but perfect riding conditions and a crowd filled with stoke. The Aussie contingent fought hard to try and take the win with no shortage of the nations top riders pinning it between the tape.

The Men’s field saw Aussies Luke Parker, Mike Ross and Duke Millington all making it to the top ten but it was Tomas Lemoine, the undisputed king of speed and style that could not be beaten.

The women’s field saw Australian’s Harriet Burbidge-Smith and Caroline Buchanan stand tall on the podium with Harriet taking the win. Vaea Verbeek took second place after losing points for not tricking a jump in the final.

It was another epic day of racing at Crankworx Cairns and another day in paradise. Tomorrow sees the downhill final take place at 3:30pm and you can catch it live on Red Bull TV.
