The first EWS stage of the year has been raced and the Pro Stage saw a hometown hero take the top step with the fastest time. Innes Graham managed to take the pro stage win over Jesse Melamed and build the stoke for a Hometown win. Here’s the stage results and highlights….

The Men’s field saw Innes Graham go fastest over Jess Melamed and Brit Sam Dale, whilst Isabeau Courdurier was the fastest woman over Ella Connolly and Bex Baraona. Dan Booker was the fastest Aussie in the Elite Men in 11th place whilst Jack Moir came in at 38th place.

The Under 21 Men’s field was dominated by a cluster of Australia’s best with the young talents of Luke Meier-Smith, Remy Meier-Smith and Ryan Gilchrist making up 1st, 2nd and 4th place respectively – a solid showing from the next generation of racers out of Oz.
