It’s just over a week until the first round of the South East Queensland Downhill Series kicks off for 2022, weather permitting. Sadly the year has seen a few postponements but this round looks set to go ahead and it’ll be a cracking start to the race season in South East Queensland. This year the team at Boomerang Farm have realigned DH3 and made a few changes to the long standing track. It’s been a fixture on many a race calendar and DH3 has certainly had it’s fair of race tape over the years. The realignment sees some changes to the entry and top section as well as the creek gap, with a few more changes throughout. The last section will see the riders dig deep and get on the pedals before dropping into the end section and finish off ‘Pedro’s Drop’. Check out the Track Walk below…

Race Entry is live and each event is ran over two days with Qualifying on the Saturday and racing on the Sunday for all of the 2022 SEQDH races. This is a new change for the year and one that has mixed response from the riders, let’s see how it goes for the year.
