Fox Superflow NSW | Cooma This Weekend

This weekend we see the return of Rocky Trail racing in NSW and a chance to race the way you ride in the second round of the 2022 Fox Superflow Series in Cooma. It’s set to be an awesome weekend on two wheels and a chance to slap multiple runs down against the clock. Let’s have a look at the details….

A massive 480 riders made their way to the first round of the Fox Superflow series in NSW in February and there is little doubt the second round will be just as popular. The Rocky Trail Entertainment team head to Cooma, NSW and the home of the Snowy Mountains MTB Club, Mount Gladstone Mountain Bike Park. It’ll be the first Fox Superflow in the region and it’s sure to be another great round of racing.

Where is Cooma?

Cooma is located approximately 115km South of Canberra in Southern NSW, it’s the largest town in the Snowy Mountains and home to Mount Gladstone Mountain Bike Park. The weather is cool and the trails are mostly hand cut single track.

Trails and Stages

FOX Track: Starting next to the comms tower, riders will bomb Rubber Side Down. Length 1.0km Vert 125m

STANS Track: Sharing the first 50m of the FOX track before staying left to run Shred Flanders. Length 1.6km Vert 140m

LAZER Track: Gladiator onto Dead or Alive to finish on the fun stuff with whale tails and jumps. Length 2.4km Vert 140m


Entry is open to riders of all creeds and the Rocky Trail Entertainment team pride themselves on fostering a relaxed racing atmosphere, so if you are looking at hitting up your first race then this may well be it.

Junior age Groups $69

Adult Age Groups $89

3 stages, race them up to 5 times each with your fastest time counting for each stage, no hassle, no worries, trains with your mates. It doesn’t matter if you bodge your first run, just head on back up and hit it again, and again and again.


The second round of the NSW / ACT Fox Superflow Series for 2022 brought to you by Rocky Trail Entertainment is sure to be another cracking event. It’s a great reason to head to the Snowy mountains and check out a new ride location, camp out and have a rad time riding bikes. The race will likely sell out so get your rego in and be prepared to race the way you ride, flat out and with your mates……
