What is Fox Superflow?
Fox Supeflow is a racing format that Australia has fallen in love with, a grass roots enduro style stage race that has been hosted in 4 States and Territories across the nation. There’s three stages, all predominantly downhill in gradient, you can race each stage up to five times with your fastest time counting towards your overall time….fastest time for the category wins the race.

Fox Superflow racing is the essence of grassroots racing, it’s inclusive, relaxed and the trails are all able to be tackled by most riders from beginners to seasoned pros. You can race with your mates in trains or just jaunt it solo down the trail, at Fox Superflow races it’s all about the fun.
The Stages
West Mt Cotton’s newest trail network at the Eastern Escarpment is a super popular ride location and this race will be the first race held Mt Cotton. The trails are fun, flowy and fast paced, there’s no denying that the riders will all have a blast. The stages set for the day include Powerful Howl, Shenanigans and Metamorphic; all blue rated trails and all an absolute blast.
The Details
The Mt Cotton Trails can be found on West Mt Cotton Rd, Sheldon and there are a few different spots to park. The event trailhead will be at Eastern Escarpment Conservation Area – Schoeck Road/West Mount Cotton Road intersection, Sheldon QLD. There’s a large parking area and there will be an event village set up here.

It looks set to be a great race out at Mt Cotton and an awesome chance to get between the tape. The Queensland Enduro Series races have now been cancelled for the rest of the season so it looks like the Fox Superflow series by Rocky Trail Entertainment will be the last major series running for the year, other than the two rounds of the Scenic Rim Series at Kooralbyn.
Brakes Wide open will be out there between the tape and we look forward to seeing you there, until then keep the brakes wide open and see you on the trails….
