The Location
Mt Joyce Mountain Bike Park is located at Wyralong Dam, approximately 90 minutes from Brisbane CBD, just outside of Beaudesert. It is home to a trail network that has hosted many a race in it’s time, with State Championships and Nationals in both Downhill and Enduro. Recently it has been out of the lime light with races being postponed due to conditions in the park, this year will be the first time in three years a race has graced the trails here. Known for it’s rugged, natural and gnarly single track, Mt Joyce will be a fitting location for round five of the Queensland Fox Super Flow Series.

The Course
The course details have been released online with three stages set to be raced:
Fox – Black Rock
Stans – Big Bertha into Sargeants
Lazer – Bovine Groove
How it Works – Super Flow Racing
The best thing about Fox Super Flow racing is how simple the format is, how relaxed the environment is and you just race the way you ride. Three stages for the day, all day to ride (8am -3:30pm) and ride them as many times as you like (up to 5 times) with you fastest time counting. Party trains with your mates or race spaced apart, or if you really want a day of fun, take turns leading the train!

It looks set to be a great round out at Mt Joyce and whilst the weather will be warm there is no doubt it’ll be another epic day on the bike. We look forward to hitting the trails and getting between the tape, see you out there!
