This round will be hosted at Boomerang Farm one of Queensland’s premier mountain biking destination. The stage is set for an awesome weekend of racing. In order to be COVID-19 safe, racing days are strictly capped at 150 riders per day. Riders must choose to either ride Saturday or Sunday.
Practice Tracks will be marked from weekend 1-2 August and open all week for practice. Normal fees will apply for Boomerang Farm Bike Park.

PARTICIPANT AND COVID REQUIREMENTS
Riders and spectators must not attend if experiencing cold/flu symptoms Riders are required to pick up registration and sign in within 30 mins of arriving at the venue. Riders brief will be available online and in hard copy at the registration desk. Riders must sign off agreeing that they have read the riders brief and agree to terms of racing.
Spectators will be required to pick up a pass at registration desk recording time in/time out. Spectators numbers will be monitored and if applicable a cap may be imposed. Full COVID Safety Plan found here: http://www.whitelightningevents.com/COVID
Race Licence: All riders must have a current Mountain Bike Australia (MTBA) Race Membership or purchase a Race Day Licence. Membership must be valid on the date of the event for which you are registering. If your membership expires before the date of the event, you must renew your membership before entering this event. MTBA Recreation Members can upgrade to a Race Membership at anytime through the MTBA Online Services System or opt to purchase a discounted Race Day Licence Upgrade.
Safety: Full Face Helmets are compulsory on all special stages. Riders under the age of 17 are required to wear a long sleeved shirt, full finger gloves and knee and elbow pads. A neck brace is recommended but not compulsory. A helmet must be worn at all times including liaison stages; they must also be secured properly at all times.
